Our Vineyards
Own fruits of Rioja and Navarra

The region is located in the north of Spain and it covers the two sides of the Ebro River, which is the widest and greatest river in this country. It is a unique situation as we have two different weathers in the same area: The Mediterranean and the Atlantic. This is why the region has perfect weather conditions for the wine production (soft temperatures and rains that do not exceed the 400 litres per square metre). The varieties of grape that are cultivated are Tempranillo, Garnacha, Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah.
The excellent quality of this Wine from Spain is achieved thanks to the average age of the vines, which is between twenty and twenty five years old and some of them also exceed fifty years.
The most characteristics lands of this region have the perfect features for a quality viticulture, because they own the optimal physiological balance.
Our Wines
Mosén Pierre wines are a reflection of the land in which they are born.
Mosén Pierre
The meaning of it name has a connection with friendship. The word Mosen reminds phonetically to the French word “maison” that means home. Pierre was the name of an oenologist who lived in Burdeos, an enthusiast of this wines and one of the family Manzanos´ best friend. As Pierre feared running out of these wines that he loved in his “maison”, they decided to bring them directly to Burdeos and to name them after him.
